Specialist psychotherapy

and counselling support

for individuals navigating

change in their lives

Revivify (verb) — to give new life or vitality

Are you struggling?
Coping but could do better?

It is common to feel this way in times of change.

Transitions in work, relationship difficulties, parenting, caring for aging parents, or simply trying to balance everything at once can quietly

build pressure.

At any time, we can also face unexpected life events that create additional stress, such as burnout, illness, work pressures, relationship breakdowns, or needing to support others.

Trying to adapt to transitions, or unexpected life events, can often result in symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, fatigue, feeling trapped, or just general unease.

When we have these experiences, we know that our 'business as usual' is no longer working for us but haven't yet found our new normal. By seeking support, you don't have to manage these challenges by yourself.

Navigating meaningful
transitions

Revivify Therapy offers specialist psychotherapy and counselling to help you navigate these difficult times.

With counselling, we are able to sort through your thoughts and feelings and explore practical strategies for moving forward.

Psychotherapy allows us to engage on a deeper level to understand your unique unconscious life patterns that may be contributing to how you're feeling.

About Alison

My commitment to helping people navigate change comes from a deep, firsthand understanding of the stresses transitions bring. Whether you are facing a planned life change or an unexpected crisis, I provide a steady space for you to find your new normal.

My path has taken me from the high-pressure world of corporate management consulting to the heart of community work in women's shelters and mental health services.

My clinical training is grounded in a person-centred psychodynamic approach and in my practice I offer new ways of exploring the unspoken parts of our stories. I am particularly drawn to life's deeper questions.

When I'm not in the therapy room, I'm usually lost in a book or recharging on a mountain in my walking boots. I consider it a privilege to share the journey with my clients as they move from unease toward a life that feels authentic and balanced again.
